Event list

Facility:  Whitcomb Memorial Park Pool, Walpole, NH..  6-lane 25 short course yards outdoor pool with non-turbulent lane lines.  Timing will be semi-automatic and/or manual.  At least 2 timers per team, would be appreciated

Seating is available around the pool.  Bring lawn chairs.

Format: Events are provided for swimmer 19 years of age and younger (an age-less event will be run during a break). Each swimmer may swim up to three events and a relay. 12 and over swimmers will swim a 50, 100 and another 50 freestyle race. 10 and under swimmers swim a 25, 50 and another 25 yd freestyle race. There will relays at the end of the meet including a mixed age boy relay (one from each age group), mixed age girl relay (one from each age group), and a mixed sex/age open relay (includes the ageless relay..coaches bring your suits).

Entries:  Entries must be completed and received by Wed July 11, 2007.   Entry should be submitted by e-mail using a HY-TEK.  Send your entries to Jack Fabian (jfabian@ne.rr.com). We are also asking coaches to send an export from Team Manager of their Athlete Roster, along with their entry file. The roster information will allow for rapid changes if needed on the day of the meet

Scoring:  We encourage all competitive swimmers of all abilities to participate in this meet. Each swimmer has the opportunity to swim three separate events of freestyle. Points will be awarded according to place finish in each event. Total points for each age group will be calculated at the end of the meet.

Awards:  Medals will be awarded to the top 12 high point finishers in each age group.

Refreshments:  Full concession available.

Directions: 

From the South.

Take RT 12 North from Keene to Walpole.

After you pass the road to Westminster Vt on the left, you take the next road on the right. It is called Main Street. Follow Main Street until you pass Hubbard's Farms on the right.

The Whitcomb Park Poll is the next parking lot on the right.

From the North

From the North, take Rt 12 south until you pass Ames on the left.

Go down the hill and take a right hand turn onto Main Street and proceed as above.

Note, there is an Agway Store where Rt. 12 and Main Street intersect.
