Facility
The
McLane-Clark Memorial Pool is a six lane, 25-meter pool. Starting will be
accomplished through a Colorado Timing system with touch pads. Food and glass containers are not
allowed on the deck during the course of the meet.
Entry Requirements
Entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM on SUNDAY, JULY 8, 2007. You may email your HYTEK entries file attachment to rdeschaine@comcast.net
Please note: There are 6 years and younger age events.
Remember that times are in SC Meters. No Time (NT) will not be allowed (use converted times if necessary). Swimmers may NOT swim more than 5 events (maximum 3 individual events). Swimmers may age-up ONE age group for relays ONLY.
Entry Fees $6.00 per swimmer

Meet Format
All events are pre-seeded and swum as timed finals. Heat and lane assignments will be noted in the meet program. Swimmers are to report to the BLOCKS when their events are called. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that swimmers arrive to the BLOCKS on time.
Referee and Judging
The Queenie Quimby Invitational will follow United States Swimming rules and regulations. Each team should be prepared to furnish stroke and turn officials for the meet. Please contact us with names of officials!
Awards Scoring
Individual events - METALS 1st place to 3rd place/9, 7, 6
RIBBONS 4th place to 8th place/ 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Relay events - RIBBONS 1st place to 8th place/18, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Heat winner ribbons will be distributed to each heat winner throughout the day.
The first-place team will receive the coveted Queenie Quimby Invitational trophy, a rotating trophy, to be engraved and returned by the winning team. Place trophies will be presented thru 6th place.
Meet Schedule
Warm-ups 8:00 - 8:50am ** Lane assignments will be determined once entries have
been submitted.
Meet
start at 9:00am.
Coaches Meeting
There
will be a coaches meeting at 8:50am.
All
scratches need to be reported NO LATER THAN 8:30am.
Timers Meeting/Timing Assignments
Each team is responsible
for providing TWO (2) timers per assigned lane - to be determined when entries are submitted. The timers
meeting will take place at 8:40am.
Programs and Concessions
Meet programs will be on-sale for $2.00. Food and drinks will be available throughout the meet.
